The station is composed by three metallic brushes; its purpose is to automate the cleaning process of nozzles for the production of PU foams.
This process, usually made by hand, is relevant at the end of each working cycle; thanks to the use with a robotic arm, that regulates the positioning of the nozzle, is possible to earn time and precision.
The structure has a removable space for scraps and the working area is open for cleaning, maintenance and replacement of old brushes.
