Tanks are designed till 1000 mm diameter pipes, they are built in stainless steel and are supported by a steel base with automatic and manual devices that are independent and regulate the extrusion process.
Inside there is a hydraulic system provided with thermostats and control valves, their task is to reduce water consumption in the system and to keep the cooling temperature constant.
In fact, water is sprayed under pressure on the pipe surface thanks to adjustable nozzles mounted on stainless steel bars. In the end, water is recycled and cleaned thanks to a by-pass filter that prevent obstructing of the nozzles.
