Calender takes advantage of the pressure given by the rollers to obtain a precise calibration of textile’s thickness.
In particular, this model, thanks to cross-axis technology allows compensating rollers’ bending under pressure, in order to have a better result in thickness uniformity.
To improve heat and corrosion resistance roller surfaces are chrome and inside channels for cooling liquid or diathermic oil have been designed.
