The model is part of the series designed for EDM, a special vehicle customization company. The project based on the redesign of the upper zone, dedicated to the lighting system.
The forehead made with a single aerodynamic shell encase both signal lights and siren; the wide lighting surface enables a good visibility from the front and upper view.
The backward system has been designed in order to increase also lateral lighting, thanks to the two stripes that extend on the sides; moreover considering that most of the emergency procedures are done in the back of the vehicle, additional spotlights were added to improve operators visibility.
Shells were built with thermoformed fiberglass for structural parts and methacrylate for the transparent, considering joints in order to allow an easy maintenance for inside components.
