Creels are big dimension industrial systems, where hundreds of yarn coils will be fixed. Their design, especially in case of high automation or high production rate, has to take into account the moving of some parts and the interaction with the sorrounding environment.
The whole project has been designed with a 3D software, in this way, it’s easier to understand machine’s mechanisms, and to better figure general spaces; so it’s possible to optimize the element disposal, to forecast a future maintenance and be more accurate during assembly processes.
